CI 101 with Haiyun Lu

🚀 TCI 101 for True Beginners

Brand new to TCI? We've got you covered! In 2014 we asked Anne Matava help pioneer CI 101 and she created a track the helped set us apart. After 30+ years in the classroom and contributing immensely to the initial push for CI in New England, Anne has retired.   We are thrilled to welcome her successor, Haiyun Lu.

Haiyun is a master at helping teachers take their first steps with TCI, making the method approachable, powerful, and immediately applicable in the classroom. Using Mandarin as the demonstration language, she will give participants the same experience their students have when acquiring a new language--making learning feel natural, engaging, and fun!

✨ In Haiyun’s hands, you will:
✔️ Gain confidence in using TCI from day one
✔️ Laugh, have fun, and rediscover the joy of language learning
✔️ Leave with practical tools to launch your TCI journey
