How do I get the certificate of attendance and CEU form?
** Certificates of attendance are made available at the end of Day 2. If not handed to you directly, they are readily available to pick up as you leave the venue (usually right by the door!) The UMaine conference services CEU form will be attached.
**As of 2016, this format has changed. You will be given a link to a post-conference survey. You are responsible to complete the survey and once done you will receive your certificate a few days later via email.***
I lost/misplaced/did not receive a certificate of attendance and/or CEU form. Could you send me another?
**We are happy to provide replacement forms if we are able to locate an original copy. It is your responsibility to make sure you have your copy before you leave the venue. Researching our files to find one from last year, 3 years ago, or 10 years ago is not as simple as it sounds. Sometimes this task can be completed in a few days, however, that is not the norm. TCI Maine is staffed by Skip, Beth, and when called upon the world language colleagues at PRHS.
Is there a charge for replacement paperwork?
**Up until this year there has not been a charge. Due to the increase in the volume of requests for duplicates, there will be a $10 charge for all duplicates/replacements requests after January 1, 2018.
I already paid and registered but can not attend. Can I get a refund?
TCI Maine is 100% funded by each year solely by the paid registrations and we are unable to give refunds. Like NTPRS and IFLT, we are able to credit your registration towards the next year (this expense is built into the budget for the next conference.) Another option that also used often is a friend or colleague attends in your spot
(and you work out reimbursement between you.)
Do you accept purchase orders.
No. We do offer the ability to pay/register online as well as via traditional mail. Payment is expected at time of registration and only accepted at the door with prior arrangements
